5) What are the application fees, deposits, and move-in costs?
Typical move-in costs may include an application fee of $35 per applicant. Once you’re approved, your security deposit and any pet fees (if applicable) are due at lease signing.
6) What lease terms do you offer?
Most residents choose a 12-month lease. We may also offer 6-month leases at a premium based on availability and timing.
7) What are the income and screening requirements?
We run a standard screening process that includes a credit check and other background screening. Applicants need to show proof of income with a household income of 3x the monthly rent.
Note: We do not accept guarantors or co-signers.
8) Are utilities included in rent?
Utilities are not included in rent at Tuscany Gardens. Your monthly costs may include resident-paid utilities such as electric, water/sewer, and trash. We can walk you through what to expect for your specific unit.
9) Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes — renter’s insurance is required for all residents at Tuscany Gardens.
10) Is Tuscany Gardens pet-friendly?
Yes! Tuscany Gardens offers pet-friendly apartments in Windsor Mill. We welcome up to two (2) domestic cats or dogs per apartment. Breed and weight restrictions apply, contact our team for details.
11) What is your pet policy (fees, deposits, and restrictions)?
Pet fees may include a non-refundable pet deposit of $300 for your first pet and $150 for your second pet and monthly pet rent of $45/month. Breed restrictions and weight limits apply.
