We welcome domestic pets in our community. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet, with up to two pets allowed per apartment. Combined weight for all pets must not exceed 100 lbs.
A $300 pet fee for your 1st pet and a $150 fee for your 2nd pet will apply.
The following restricted breeds, or any mixture thereof, are prohibited within the community. This list may not be all-inclusive, please contact our leasing team for more details.

Security deposits start at $300, depending on your credit and rental history.
Rent payments may be made online using our Resident Portal, by calling (800) 533-7901, or by mailing payments to the address below. When mailing payments, please make all checks payable to Peak Management LLC, include your remittance slip with your payments, and write your account number found on your statement in the notes section of your check.
For insurance purposes, rent payments are not accepted in the leasing center.

Service requests may be submitted online using our Resident Portal or by calling our leasing team at (410) 403-3235. Emergency service may be requested during non-business hours by calling (410) 288-8266.
Emergency service includes immediate life safety issues including gas leaks, major plumbing leaks, toilet overflows, fire, or electrical failures.
If you're locked out of your apartment during business hours, contact the leasing center at (410) 403-3235 and we can assist you. A $10 service charge will apply.
After hours, call the emergency service number at (410) 288-8266 for assistance. A $50 service charge for after-hours requests will apply.
Please contact the Service Administrator at (410) 944-8800 to reserve the clubhouse for your event. A refundable security deposit of $150 is due at the time of reservation, payable by money order or cashier's check. The hourly rental fee for the clubhouse is $50 per hour.
The clubhouse has a maximum capacity of 40 people, with seating available for up to 28 people.
The fitness center is open from 5 am - 11 pm daily.
Access to the fitness center requires a fob to enter the facility. To receive a fob, fill out an application in the business center, located in the same building as the fitness center.
If your fob has been lost or stolen, visit the business center for a replacement. A $25 replacement fee is required to receive a new one, payable by money order or cashier's check.
I have lived in this community for 15 years total; I have lived in two apartments in Whirlwind Court. The location is convenient to many things in my life.

Disclosure of Information
Peak Management does not disclose any nonpublic information (such as social security numbers, credit card numbers, and driver's license numbers) about our customers or former customers to anyone outside of the organization, except as required by law. Information may also be disclosed for audit purposes, to regulatory agencies, or for other general administrative purposes.
Transaction Security
Peak Management uses third-party services to provide online account management, leasing, and payment services using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to ensure transaction security.
